Our first phase focuses on building a strong, transparent foundation that can grow over time. As a newly registered U.S. nonprofit, our priority is to strengthen internal systems, expand outreach, and establish pilot programs that demonstrate real impact.
Key Goals:
▪ Build Capacity: Establish solid governance, accountability, and reporting systems for effective oversight between our U.S. and Nigeria branch.
▪ Community Outreach: Launch small-scale projects across our core areas—clean water, education, vocational training, and relief—to reach at least 500 families.
▪ Clean Water: Install 2–3 solar-powered boreholes, providing safe water for up to 500 households in rural communities.
▪ Education: Provide education assistance to 5O students and 100 learning kits through our Community Learning and education assistance program, supporting children who might otherwise drop out.
▪ Empowerment: Train 30 individuals and youth, including individuals with disabilities, in practical skills such as tailoring, flooring installation, and small business management.
▪ Donor & Volunteer Growth: Build a committed base of 100 recurring donors and volunteers in Nigeria to sustain ongoing efforts.
These goals will help us establish trust, demonstrate results, and lay a foundation for long-term community transformation.
As our foundation grows, we aim to expand our programs and strengthen community engagement, focusing on deeper, measurable impact.
Key Goals:
▪ Education Support: Expand the Community Learning and education assistance programs to reach 200 children, offering tuition assistance, school supplies, and after-school mentorship in partnership with local schools.
▪ Healthcare Access: Launch a mobile medical outreach program to deliver preventive and primary healthcare to 1,000 residents annually in remote areas.
▪ Clean Water Expansion: Increase our clean water projects to 10 solar-powered boreholes, ensuring reliable access for more communities.
▪ Economic Empowerment: Train and equip 100 individuals and youth to start small businesses through our vocational and micro-finance initiatives.
▪ Disability Inclusion: Provide assistive devices, vocational training, and tailored care for at least 50 individuals with disabilities.
▪ Organizational Development: Establish a small local coordination office in Nigeria to improve field monitoring, volunteer engagement, and data reporting.
This phase will deepen our presence, build operational efficiency, and expand impact through sustainable, community-centered growth.
