Oma HelpingHands Launches Official U.S. Chapter

News Overview

Oma HelpingHands Foundation has officially launched its U.S. chapter in Texas, marking a significant milestone in its mission to connect compassion across continents.

The new office strengthens the Foundation’s capacity to raise funds, engage supporters, and expand outreach while ensuring continued impact through projects implemented by the Nigeria-based field team.

Purpose and Vision

The establishment of the U.S. chapter represents a root-bridge connection—linking American donors with communities in need across Nigeria.

Through this bridge, the Foundation aims to bring supporters closer to the lives they are transforming, demonstrating how generosity can cross borders to meet urgent needs in clean water, education, empowerment, and emergency relief.

Leaders describe this expansion as “a grassroots link built on faith, compassion, and transparency”—a step toward deeper global impact while staying true to the Foundation’s heart of service.

What the U.S. Chapter Will Do

The Texas office will focus on:

▪ Fundraising and Donor Engagement – Creating opportunities for individuals, churches, and organizations in the U.S. to give and stay connected with real impact stories.

▪ Grant Applications and Partnerships – Pursuing strategic funding to strengthen the Foundation’s humanitarian programs.

▪ Transparency and Accountability – Ensuring donors can see how their contributions directly transform lives through verified updates and reports from Nigeria.

Meanwhile, the Nigeria chapter continues to lead all on-ground operations—running programs that deliver clean water, education assistance, vocational training, and emergency relief where they are most needed.

Message of Gratitude

Oma HelpingHands Foundation expresses heartfelt gratitude to every donor, volunteer, and prayer partner who made this milestone possible.

With faith and determination, the Foundation now stands ready to expand its reach and bring hope to more communities.

“Every bridge begins with a helping hand,” said the Founder. “The U.S. chapter is that bridge—linking compassion with action and turning faith into lasting change.”
